Invite a friend to join V Health Club, and for every guest who becomes a member, you’ll receive a complimentary Personal Training session with one of our expert coaches.

Terms & Conditions: The offer is valid until 31st August 2025. The PT Referral Programme is open to all active V Health Club members, excluding those on corporate memberships. To take part, members must submit their guest’s details via the referral form linked in the invitation. For each guest who joins on a regular monthly membership (excluding discounted or promotional plans), the referring member will receive one complimentary 60-minute Personal Training session. Rewards are issued once the guest’s membership is confirmed and must be used within 30 days. There is no limit to how many guests may be invited. Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Referrals are manually tracked at reception. V Health Club reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
