Our personal training sessions begin by utilising Technogym Checkup to understand your Wellness Age. Once acquired, a tailored plan is delivered by our trainers, designed to elevate your health and fitness goals by focusing on the five pillars of wellness.

    Personalised Plans

    Upon joining, all members of V are welcomed with a thorough onboarding using the Technogym Checkup machine and comprehensive assessments.

    This process focuses on all areas of your health and fitness, evaluating mobility, balance, body composition, cognitive skills, cardio, and strength, as well as determining your Wellness Age - a motivational metric based on physio-cognitive parameters.
